نشيد بالاستاذ احمد ابراهيم احمد حميدة مدير بنك الخرطوم فرع سوبا شرق على ما قدمه من تسهيل للاشخاص ذوي الاعاقة، حيث ساعد في فتح حسابات مصرفية لهم، مما سيسهم في تحسين حياتهم وتسهيل حصولهم على الخدمات المالية.

وكما يقال باللسان الشعبي السوداني سمح الكلام. في خشم سيدو وهنا سوف تتحدث الاستاذة زينب اسحاق الامين العام لمجلس الاشخاص ذوي الاعاقة محلية شرق النيل وتحكي لنا تفاصيل ما حدث حيث قالت ان الاشخاص ذوي الاعاقة بشرق النيل يواجهون صعوبة في الحصول على حسابات مصرفية، خاصة في ظل ظروف الحرب التي تشهدها البلاد ومع قدوم العديد من المنظمات الانسانية التي تعمل في تقديم الاغاثة، احيانا يتطلب تقديم بعض المنح المالية عن طريق التحويل المصرفي (بنكك). ولكن اتضح ان معظم الاشخاص ذوي الاعاقة لا يملكون حسابات مصرفية، الشيء الذي جعلهم في المكتب التنفيذي لمجلس الاشخاص ذوي الاعاقة يتخذون قرار بمخاطبة الجهات المختصة، ومنها بنك الخرطوم الذي يقدم خدمة التحاويل المالية (بنكك) لاجل تخصيص فرع لفتح حسابات للاشخاص ذوي الاعاقة.

وبالفعل ذهبنا الي فرع (……… ..) نتحفظ على ذكر اسم مدير الفرع الذي لم نجد منه استجابة الا بعد جهد جهيد، حيث قام بفتح حساب لفرد واحد فقط من ضمن العشرات من عضوية المجلس الممتدة. ولكن الله سبحانه وتعالي سخر لنا عبد من عباده الصالحين الا هو الاستاذ احمد ابراهيم احمد حميدة مدير فرع سوبا شرق، حيث من ان وصله خطاب مجلسنا التنفيذي رحب بنا ترحاب حار، واستقبلنا استقبال فخيم، ووجه على الفور جميع منسوبي الفرع بما فيهم افراد التامين على سرعة فتح الحسابات لجميع الاشخاص ذوي الاعاقة.

حقيقة ان امثال الاستاذ احمد ابراهيم احمد حميدة قليلون جدا، فهذا المدير الشاب ليس مشبع ليس بالعلم وحده فحسب وانما يتمتع كذلك بالاخلاق الحسنة و التي عندما تغيب من الانسان يصبح بدون قيمة اننا اذا نبرز مناقب الاستاذ احمد ابراهيم احمد حميدة مدير فرع سوبا شرق، وانما نعكس معدن و اصالة الانسان السوداني النبيل الذي نفتقده بشدة في معظم المؤسسات الحكومية.

فالاشخاص ذوي الاعاقة يوجهون اصناف من المعاناة، حيث ينظر اليهم كانهم لا وجود لهم، حيث يتم حرمانهم من ابسط حقوقهم التي منحهم لهم الميثاق العالمي لحقوق الانسان والتشريعات الدولية الخاصة بهم وفي السودان لا يزال الاشخاص ذوي الاعاقة يناضلون من اجل استرداد جزء من حقوقهم المشروعة.

كما نشيد بالمدير التنفيذي للمحلية معالي الاستاذ مرتضي بانقا، وبالعاملين في الرعاية الاجتماعية، على دعمهم المستمر للاشخاص ذوي الاعاقة. إننا نؤكد على أهمية استمرار الجهود لتعزيز حقوق الاشخاص ذوي الاعاقة، وتوفير الخدمات التي يحتاجونها ليعيشوا حياة كريمة.

الاستاذ احمد ابراهيم احمد حميدة مدير بنك الخرطوم فرع سوبا يستحق كل خير، ورجل بتلك الصفات الانسانية يجب ان يحصل على ارفع المناصب القيادية ليس في داخل بنك الخرطوم فحسب وانما على مستوي الدولة.

كما نشكر الاستاذة زينب اسحاق الامين العام لمجلس الاشخاص ذوي الاعاقة محلية شرق النيل على جهودها في الدفاع عن حقوق الاشخاص ذوي الاعاقة. إن مثل هذه المبادرات تعكس قيم الانسانية والمسؤولية الاجتماعية، وتؤكد على أهمية التعاون بين المؤسسات والجمعيات لخدمة الفئات الضعيفة.

We pay tribute to Mr. Ahmed Ibrahim Ahmed Hamida, Director of the Bank of Khartoum, Soba East Branch, for the facilitation he provided for people with disabilities, as he helped open bank accounts for them, which will contribute to improving their lives and facilitating their access to financial services.

As it is said in the Sudanese popular tongue, speech is permitted. In Khashm Sidou, here, Ms. Zainab Ishaq, Secretary-General of the Council of Persons with Disabilities in the East Nile locality, will speak and tell us the details of what happened. She said that people with disabilities in East Nile are facing difficulty in obtaining bank accounts, especially in light of the war conditions the country is witnessing and with the arrival of many humanitarian organizations working in providing relief. Sometimes it is necessary to provide some financial grants via bank transfer (your bank). But it became clear that most people with disabilities do not have bank accounts, which made them in the Executive Office of the Council of People with Disabilities take a decision to contact the competent authorities, including the Bank of Khartoum, which provides the financial transfer service (your bank), in order to allocate a branch to open accounts for people with disabilities.

Indeed, we went to the (…………..) branch, but we reserve the right to mention the name of the branch manager, from whom we did not receive a response until after much effort, as he opened an account for only one individual out of dozens of the Council’s extended membership. But God Almighty has given us one of His righteous servants, namely Mr. Ahmed Ibrahim Ahmed Hamida, Director of the Soba East Branch. When he received the letter from our Executive Council, he welcomed us warmly, received us with a gracious reception, and immediately directed all employees of the branch, including insurance personnel, to quickly open accounts for all persons with disabilities.

The fact is that the likes of Mr. Ahmed Ibrahim Ahmed Hamida are very few. This young manager is not only satisfied with knowledge alone, but also has good morals, which when absent from a person becomes worthless. If we highlight the virtues of Mr. Ahmed Ibrahim Ahmed Hamida, Director of the Soba East Branch, we rather reflect the character and originality of the noble Sudanese human being, which we are sorely lacking in most government institutions.

People with disabilities face all kinds of suffering, as they are seen as if they do not exist, as they are deprived of their most basic rights granted to them by the Universal Charter on Human Rights and their international legislation. In Sudan, people with disabilities are still struggling to recover part of their legitimate rights.

We also pay tribute to the Executive Director of the locality, His Excellency Mr. Mortada Banga, and the social care workers, for their continued support for people with disabilities. We stress the importance of continuing efforts to promote the rights of persons with disabilities and provide the services they need to live a dignified life.

Mr. Ahmed Ibrahim Ahmed Hamida, Director of the Bank of Khartoum, Soba Branch, deserves all the best, and a man with these human qualities should obtain the highest leadership positions, not only within the Bank of Khartoum, but also at the state level.

We also thank Ms. Zainab Ishaq, Secretary General of the Council of Persons with Disabilities, East Nile Locality, for her efforts in defending the rights of persons with disabilities. Such initiatives reflect the values ​​of humanity and social responsibility, and emphasize the importance of cooperation between institutions and associations to serve vulnerable groups.
